About KtoSprzata.pl
KtoSprzata.pl is a nationwide Polish directory of cleaning companies: 349 firms across 115+ cities, all imported from the National Court Register (KRS). The site is operated by AB Invest Sp. z o.o. Listing order follows objective criteria — placement cannot be bought — and contacting any company is direct and free.
Why does this directory exist?
For two reasons. First: small cleaning companies are nearly invisible online. Google results favor large players with advertising budgets, so a local firm with five employees — even one that cleans better for less — has no way to reach clients. KtoSprzata.pl gives each of the 349 companies a profile with registry data, service categories, and room for a price list, regardless of its marketing budget (usually: zero).
Second: someone looking for a cleaning service has no easy way to vet a contractor. The directory pulls public registry data and VAT status into one place, so before the first phone call you can see whether a company formally exists and is active. Browse by city and category on the companies page, or start from the city list.
The directory in numbers
349 cleaning companies — all legal entities imported from the National Court Register (KRS), selected by cleaning-industry PKD activity codes 81.10, 81.21, 81.22, 81.23, 81.29, and 81.30;
152 companies with the “Verified company” badge — their tax ID (NIP) is active on the government's VAT White List, checked automatically;
115+ cities across Poland — from Warsaw to county towns;
14 service categories — including office cleaning, window cleaning, and post-renovation cleaning.
Where does the company data come from?
Every record comes from public state registers: the KRS (National Court Register), REGON (the statistical business register), and the Ministry of Finance's VAT White List. These supply the company name, legal form, NIP/KRS/REGON numbers, registered address, and activity codes.
The directory lists legal entities only — registered companies. We do not import sole proprietorships: their records are personal data, and Article 14 of the GDPR would require notifying every individual that their data is being processed. Rather than mass-import personal records, we limited the directory to entities in the KRS.
Price lists, descriptions, FAQs, and project photos are not registry data — companies add those themselves after claiming their profile. Typical market rates are compiled separately in the cleaning price guide.
What does the “Verified company” badge mean?
The badge confirms that a company's NIP is active on the VAT White List — the taxpayer register maintained by Poland's Ministry of Finance. We check the status automatically; 152 of the 349 companies currently carry the badge.
It is a formal verification, not a cleaning-quality rating. It tells you one thing: the company is a registered, active VAT payer, can issue invoices, and exists beyond paper. Quality is what client reviews are for.
Independence rules
No pay-to-play. Listing order follows objective criteria: profile completeness, registry verification, and reviews. Positions cannot be bought, and there are no paid promotions pushing better companies down the list.
Direct, free contact. Each company's phone number and contact details are visible immediately. We do not broker jobs, sell leads, or charge commission to either side.
Reviews under control. Reviews are submitted through personal invitations and carry a “Verified client” badge. Every review passes AI moderation, and under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) anyone can flag a suspicious entry for verification.
Who runs the site?
KtoSprzata.pl is operated by AB Invest Sp. z o.o. (Polish tax ID: NIP 5130261948). The directory is not owned by any cleaning company or franchise network, so no contractor receives preferential treatment.
The editorial side — the cleaning guide and the price guide — is built on market data and updated as prices change.

Frequently asked questions
Is KtoSprzata.pl free to use?
Yes, entirely. Clients browse the directory and contact companies for free, and companies claim and edit their profiles for free. The site charges no commission and sells no ranking positions.
Where does the company data come from?
From public Polish registers: the KRS (name, legal form, address, activity codes), REGON, and the VAT White List (taxpayer status). Price lists, descriptions, and photos are added by the companies themselves after claiming a profile.
How can a company add or claim its profile?
Companies with cleaning-industry PKD codes (81.10–81.30) are imported into the directory automatically from the KRS. To claim a profile, find it on the companies page, confirm your NIP, and enter the code sent to the company e-mail. The whole process is free.
Can the reviews be trusted?
Reviews come from personal invitations and carry a “Verified client” badge. Every entry passes AI moderation, and a DSA-compliant reporting mechanism lets anyone challenge a review that looks fake.
Why are there no sole proprietorships in the directory?
A sole proprietorship's record is personal data. GDPR Article 14 requires notifying each person whose data is processed, which rules out mass imports. The directory therefore covers 349 legal entities from the KRS.
