FAQ — How KtoSprzata.pl Works
KtoSprzata.pl is a free directory of 349 cleaning companies in 115+ Polish cities — searching, comparing and contacting companies costs nothing, for clients and companies alike. Below are 13 answers to the most common questions: reviews, the "Firma zweryfikowana" badge, adding or claiming a profile, and where our data comes from.
For clients
Is KtoSprzata.pl free to use? Yes — completely free for clients. Searching companies, browsing price lists and reviews, and contacting companies by phone or e-mail costs nothing. We charge no commission and handle no payments; you contract directly with the cleaning company.
How do I find a cleaning company near me? Pick your city from the list of 115+ locations — for example Warsaw — or browse the full company list and filter by one of 14 service categories, such as office cleaning. Typical rates are listed in the cleaning price guide. You contact the companies you choose directly — no middlemen.
How do reviews work, and how do I know they're genuine? A review can only be left by a person the company invited by name after a completed job — such reviews carry the "Zweryfikowany klient" (verified client) label. Every review also passes AI moderation for spam and unlawful content. There is no anonymous rating without an invitation.
What does the "Firma zweryfikowana" (verified company) badge mean? It confirms the company's NIP (Polish tax ID) is active on the Ministry of Finance VAT whitelist — we check this automatically. Currently 152 of the 349 listed companies carry the badge. A missing badge doesn't imply bad faith; some businesses are simply VAT-exempt.
How do I report a fake review or a problem with a profile? Every review and every profile has a report button compliant with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). Describe the issue — it goes to moderation, and we notify you of the decision by e-mail.
Practical guides — how to compare offers, what to ask before signing a contract, and cleaning prices in 2026 — are collected in the guide section.
For cleaning companies
How do I add my company to the directory? Free of charge, via the "Add company" form — you need the company's NIP and a business e-mail address for confirmation. The directory covers legal entities registered in the KRS (National Court Register). Once added, you can fill in your price list, FAQ and project photos right away.
My company is already listed — how do I claim the profile? Click "Claim profile" on the company page, confirm the NIP and enter the code sent to the company's e-mail address. Claiming is free. Afterwards you can edit the price list, FAQ section, project photos and contact details.
Where did my company's profile come from if nobody added it? We imported basic data on 349 companies from the public National Court Register (KRS), selecting entities with cleaning-related PKD activity codes 81.10, 81.21, 81.22, 81.23, 81.29 and 81.30. The import covered legal entities only — we don't process sole proprietors' data this way because of Article 14 GDPR. Company registry data is public by law.
How do I remove my company's profile? Use the report button on the profile or write to us from the company's e-mail address. Once we confirm you represent the company, we hide the profile. The data comes from the public KRS register, but we don't keep listings against a company's will.
How much does a listing cost? Nothing. The listing, profile claiming and all features — price list, FAQ, photos, receiving inquiries — are free. We don't sell ranking positions either: result order follows objective criteria such as profile completeness and verification status.
About the data
Where does the directory data come from? From public registers: the National Court Register (KRS) for registry data and PKD codes, the Ministry of Finance VAT whitelist for NIP status, and the REGON database (Statistics Poland). Content added by companies — price lists, descriptions, photos — comes from the companies themselves. The service is operated by AB Invest Sp. z o.o., NIP 5130261948.
How often is the data updated? NIP status on the VAT whitelist is checked automatically, and the "Firma zweryfikowana" badge reflects the latest check. KRS registry data is refreshed periodically. Company-added content is updated by the companies themselves after claiming their profile.
I found an error in a company's data — how do I fix it? If it's your company, claim the profile (NIP verification + e-mail code) and correct the data yourself. Registry-data errors can be reported with the button on the profile — we fix them after checking the KRS record. Clients can flag inaccuracies with the same button.
